Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Center Valley, PA, and we’re looking for motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants who want to make a hands-on difference in the lives of older adults.

Working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist, you’ll carry out individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises and functional activities, and help them rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence, all through FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model, delivered where patients live.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
