Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for Greater Boston, MA, delivering one-on-one PT in private residences and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to older adults, with flexibility to manage your own schedule and incorporate telehealth as part of care.

The role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient outcomes, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a clinic-free, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in MA or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or communities (private residences, senior living, memory care).
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and safety.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary PT/OT/SLP/Fitness team.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
