Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Quincy, MA, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in homes or Senior Living Communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat to improve mobility and independence, with scheduling autonomy and the option to incorporate telehealth.

This role emphasizes meaningful patient outcomes, autonomy, and flexible care delivery, including in-home and community settings, supported by a clinician-led practice culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain it.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
