Zusammenfassung

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Alexandria, VA, in private residences or senior living communities. The role supports mobility, independence, and quality of life through our Geriatric House Calls™ model.

You’ll have autonomy to set your schedule, with optional telehealth components to extend access and continuity of care. Flexible pathways include in-home, senior living, and community visits.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification and basic EMR proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
