Qualifications
- Licensed as NP/PA in the state of Michigan.
- Federal DEA license or eligibility.
- Geriatric training/experience preferred.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
- Board certification.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver home-based primary care to high-acuity geriatric patients.
- Take time to address each patient’s needs, focusing on quality care over volume.
