Job summary

Community LIFE Tarentum in Pennsylvania seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to deliver in-home and in-center therapy for older adults, aiding independence with ADLs/IADLs, ROM, and strength per an OT/L plan.

The role is Mon-Fri, daylight hours (7:30am-4:00pm) with federal mileage reimbursement. PA licensure and one year of elder-care experience are required, along with compassionate patient care and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• OTA/L program completion approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of one year working with the frail or elder population.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and in-center therapy for older adults.
• Help regain or maintain independence with ADL’s and IADL’s, ROM, and strength.
• Follow a treatment plan established by the OT/L.
