Job summary

Community LIFE seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to deliver in-home and center-based therapy for older adults, following a plan set by the supervising OT/L. This Mon-Fri daytime role includes mileage reimbursement at the federal rate and operates from Rostraver, PA.

The candidate must have PA OTA licensure and at least one year of geriatric experience, with strong empathy, reliability, and organizational skills to support independent living in a team-based Day Center

Qualifications

• OTA/L program completion required.
• Minimum of one year working with the frail or elder population.
• PA OTA licensure and valid PA Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and in-center therapy for older adults.
• Implement treatment plans under OT/L supervision.
• Support independence in ADLs and IADLs, mobility, ROM, and strengthening.
