Senior LIFE PA in Indiana, PA is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an innovative, hands-on full-time role focused on elderly home- and center-based care. The COTA will work under an OT team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for homebound seniors.

Candidates must hold PA licensure, have at least one year of experience with older adults, and possess a valid PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with the elderly population.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive, integrated treatment programs for members.
• Execute selected treatments in accordance with OT plans of care.
• Assess homebound members’ needs, including home visits and evaluations.
• Train outside caregivers and family members in OT procedures.
• Provide ongoing training to members, families and external caregivers for in-home participants.
• Document all member care and update care plans as necessary.
