Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide required treatment equipment or devices.
