Job summary

Spurwink seeks compassionate professionals to empower youth and families through strength-based FFT interventions. You will be trained in FFT, work with families in their homes, and support youth aged 10–18 over a 3–6 month treatment course.

The role may satisfy graduate internship requirements in counseling or social work. A driver's license and clean driving record are required; licensing and certifications must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families.
• Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout employment.
• Must maintain a valid Maine driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with families in their own homes with FFT as designed.
• Be flexible to meet families when they are available.
• Work independently while contributing to a FFT-trained team.
