Bellefaire JCB seeks a Functional Family Therapist to provide Intensive Home Based Treatment to adolescents aged 10–18 and their families under the FFT model. Work is in home and community settings with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekend on-call coverage.

Requires Master’s in Social Work or related field, valid Ohio LSW/LISW/LMFT/IMFT or LPC/LPCC licensure, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for this role.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Valid Ohio LSW/LISW, LMFT/IMFT or LPC/LPCC licensure required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting underwriting criteria.
• Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Accept assignment of cases and provide home or community based FFT services.
• Provide weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions.
• Utilize FFT model with adolescents aged 10–18.
• Carry a caseload as identified per model or supervisor discretion, 3–6 months.
• Provide/participate in evaluations, Treatment Service Plan development, crisis work, and family education/consultation.
• Support family interventions, symptom monitoring, and social network building.
• Coordinate evaluations/assessments and services on the client’s ITP.
• Maintain required trainings/licensure and complete clinical documentation.
