Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments.
• Inspect foundation, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete concerns.
• Educate customers on repair solutions.
• Create customized proposals.
• Build trust and guide homeowners through the sales process.
• Follow up with customers and close sales.

Skills

Sales experience preferred
