Job summary

SAFY is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Dayton division in Ohio. You will manage in-home, community-based services for foster youth and their foster homes, with daily travel and a path to a hybrid schedule over time.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least two years of relevant experience; travel is required, and you will build strong relationships with families, schools, and counties to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child and family studies, or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience; child welfare preferred, or related work with children.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to provide in-home, community-based services to families and youth; 50% of time in the community.
• Coordinate with county agency and attend family sessions to promote clinical interventions.
• Develop and ensure completion of formal assessments and treatment plans within policy timelines.
• Document home visits, safety assessments, and outcomes for youth in care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to nontraditional hours as needed.
