Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing and handling objections.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales consultations with pre-set, warm leads.
• Present flooring options and pricing, and close on the spot.
• Manage pipeline from proposals to follow-ups.
• Hand off closed projects to install team for a seamless experience.
• Build referral relationships with trade partners, remodelers and locals.
