Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction REQUIRED.
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and using technology; Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
- Build trust with customers and guide them through flooring selections
- Recommend solutions that balance style, function, and budget
- Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
- Partner with the team to ensure a seamless installation experience
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships
