Michael's Floor Covering in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking Design Consultants who enjoy meeting homeowners face-to-face and earning based on performance. You will drive in-home sales, present flooring options, and guide customers from first contact to installation.

Responsibilities include running pre-set appointments, taking measurements, educating on materials, warranties, and our sales process, while participating in weekly trainings to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in customers' homes.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Personable, confident, and professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong listening skills.
• Able to lift/carry flooring samples (30-50 lbs).
• Willing to learn and master our sales system.
• Background check required.
• No prior flooring experience required.
