Job summary

Michael’s Floor Covering seeks Design Consultants for our Toledo branch who enjoy face-to-face interactions with homeowners, manage their own schedules, and earn based on performance.

You will run in-home sales appointments, measure spaces, present flooring options, and educate clients on materials, installation, and warranties. No prior flooring experience required. The pay range is 80,000–120,000 USD per year.

• Able to lift/carry flooring samples (30-50 lbs.)

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Michaels- Saginaw)
