50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions during in-home showroom visits. This role emphasizes upselling, relationship building, and converting qualified leads into sales.

There is no cold calling; the company provides a steady stream of qualified leads, with a 40%–55% closing ratio supported by marketing and a robust training program. Travel up to 85 miles from home is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
