Job summary

50Floor is recruiting a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to lead in-home showroom experiences and guide customers in flooring selections. You will be supported by pre-qualified leads, with no cold calling required, and you will travel up to 85 miles from home to close deals.

Annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with a 100% commission-based structure and health benefits. Comprehensive product training and robust marketing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel.
Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
Facilitate third-party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
