Job summary

DISH is hiring Field Technicians to install and service TV and Smart Home solutions in customers' homes. You will represent the DISH brand, educate homeowners on smart home options, and deliver a top‑tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet and in all weather.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with a safe driving record.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and how to use DISH solutions.
• Provide a world class customer experience and ensure satisfaction during visits.
