Job summary

DISH is hiring a Field Technician to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions in customers' homes. You will train to provide a world-class customer experience and lead in-home consultations for DISH products and services.

You will operate with safety in mind, travel as needed, and participate in a 4-day work week with overtime opportunities. Compensation begins at $18.75 per hour and includes benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily and provide a world-class customer experience.
• Educate and upsell DISH services and smart home solutions during visits.
• Promote and support a positive customer relationship to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
