Job summary

DISH is hiring Field Technicians in the United States. You will visit customers’ homes to install and explain TV and smart home options, building a world-class customer experience. Training is provided and promotions are available after six months with pay increases.

The role includes paid training, 4-day weeks with possible overtime, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and a DISH van, tools, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent service.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license in the employment state; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily and consult on smart home possibilities.
• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions with emphasis on customer experience.
• Work with training to advance within the company; performance-based promotions.
