DISH is hiring a Field Technician in the United States to visit customers’ homes daily, installing and servicing TV and smart home solutions while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll educate homeowners on smart-home capabilities and ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 feet in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift over 70 lbs and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities and solutions.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during service visits.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting after each visit.
