Job summary

DISH is hiring a Field Technician to represent us in customers’ homes, installing and servicing TV and Smart Home solutions while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You’ll train for the role, enjoy a 4-day work week with overtime, paid training, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, and a DISH van, tools and uniforms. Compensation: $18.75/hour.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and service clients
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet in all weather
• Lift up to 70 lbs and operate a vehicle safely

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers’ homes and install/repair TV and Smart Home solutions
• Educate customers to maximize home technology use
• Ensure a world-class customer experience during visits
