AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove in-home experiences. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching around $100,000 annually, including base salary and commissions.

Starting salaries range from $60,300 to $100,000, depending on geography and experience. You’ll engage customers through scheduled appointments, demonstrate technology, and drive sales while supporting customers’ connectivity needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license. Company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.
