Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals with hands-on demos and services. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures, with starting pay ranging from $60,300 to $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You’ll work in Apex and surrounding North Carolina locations, attend paid training, schedule appointments, and use strong negotiation and communication skills to upsell and keep customers connected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
