AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in‑home experiences and close deals through hands‑on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments. You’ll work from scheduled appointments, using strong negotiation and upselling skills to reach ambitious targets in a dynamic, uncapped commission environment.

Earn between $60,530 and $100,000 with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. A company vehicle is provided for official use, and training supports your success in a fast‑paced market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales Interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-ups and problem solving.
