Job summary

Aqua Pure is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our in-person sales efforts in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on direct customer engagement and end-to-end sales execution.

You will own your territory, qualify prospects, present proposals, and close deals while maintaining accurate records. A valid US work authorization and access to a vehicle are required for daily travel.

Qualifications

• Direct, in-person sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong resilience in objections and rejections.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in homes to present Aqua Pure solutions.
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through active listening.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Manage daily schedule and territory to maximize interactions.
• Record customer interactions and progress in systems.
• Overcome objections with a positive, can-do attitude.
