Job summary

Aqua Pure is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our in-person sales efforts in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on direct customer engagement and end-to-end sales execution.

You will own your territory, qualify prospects, present proposals, and close deals while maintaining accurate records. A valid US work authorization and access to a vehicle are required for daily travel.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Aqua Pure, you will be the driving force behind our in-person sales efforts. Your Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, presenting Aqua Pure's innovative solutions with confidence and clarity.
• Master the art of building immediate rapport and trust, understanding customer needs through active listening and keen observation.
• Navigate the full sales process autonomously, from initial outreach and qualification to presenting proposals and closing deals.
• Proactively manage your daily schedule and territory to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate exceptional resilience and a positive attitude when facing objections or rejections, viewing them as stepping stones to the next success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
