Aqua Pure Water Solutions is a fast-growing water filtration company focused on helping families enjoy cleaner, healthier water at home. We are seeking experienced door-to-door sales professionals who are motivated by performance, comfortable generating their own opportunities, and capable of managing the full sales process.

This is an opportunity for proven sales professionals who can consistently prospect, set their own appointments, conduct in-home consultations, and close sales. Product training and sales coaching are provided.

What This Role Is

This is a face-to-face, residential door-to-door sales role — not remote and not inside sales.

As a Self Gen Setter/Closer, you are responsible for the entire sales process. Day to day, you'll:

• Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Generate and set your own appointments through self-generated prospecting
• Connect directly with homeowners about their water quality
• Conduct in-home water tests, consultations, and presentations
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Personally close sales

Candidates should be comfortable producing through their own prospecting without relying on company-provided appointments.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only role, with earnings based on individual sales performance.

• Expected earnings: $4,000 – $16,000+ per month, based on performance
• Up to $850 – $2,000 per deal
• Uncapped commission structure

What You'll Do

• Generate and schedule your own water quality tests and appointments
• Conduct in-home water consultations and product presentations
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline

• Use our CRM and follow established sales processes
• Participate in product training and sales coaching
• Meet activity and performance expectations

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of door-to-door sales experience or one full selling season
• Previous experience as a Setter/Closer, including personally setting appointments and closing sales
• Proven ability to generate business through self-generated prospecting
• Comfortable consistently knocking doors and creating your own opportunities
• Able to explain previous sales results and provide a professional reference who can speak to your performance
• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
• Working smartphone with cellular data
• Available to work full time, including afternoon and evening selling hours
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation
• Willing to attend training, use our CRM, follow up with customers, and meet activity expectations
• Lives within commuting distance of the Phoenix metro territories
• Authorized to work in the United States
