Job summary

Dandale Fence, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to meet homeowners across South Carolina, assess project requirements, and help them choose durable fencing solutions. You will present estimates, guide material choices, and ensure promises translate to on-site outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in direct or field sales, a valid license, and the ability to read basic blueprints, measuring tools, and perform accurate estimates while upholding a respectful, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales or field-based consulting experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation, a smartphone, and a computer.
• MHIC required (in Maryland).
• Strong ability to read and interpret basic structural blueprints or site diagrams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for clear client interaction.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and basic math for accurate project estimating.
• Prior experience in construction or exterior home improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites throughout South Carolina to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Draft clear, accurate project estimates and present them to homeowners.
• Guide clients through material choices, focusing on durability and style options.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that what we promise in the sale is delivered on-site.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer technical questions and finalize project details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status updates.
• Maintain a 35% close rate on leads assigned.
• Maintain a positive, healthy team culture treating everyone with respect.
