Saint Francis Ministries, Inc. seeks a Family Centered Treatment Specialist or Therapist in Colby, Kansas to deliver intensive in-home prevention services and keep families intact. You will begin self-guided online training and work toward FCT Certification through videotaped demonstrations of competencies.

Caseload limited to 5 families with about 4 hours per week per family, and you may work from home when not in sessions with families. Start changing lives today.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social or family services or related field.
• License in good standing with Kansas BSRB preferred.
• Experience with children and families required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload up to 5 families with weekly contacts and sessions.
• Enroll in Wheels of Change and complete FCT certification within 1 year.
• Provide in-home FCT services and maintain fidelity to the model.
• Coordinate with DCF, courts, schools and community partners.
• Prepare fidelity documents, reports and court reports as needed.
