Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries in Lubbock, TX seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to deliver Intensive In-Home services using the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model, primarily in clients' homes, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

You will conduct strengths-based assessments, maintain documentation within 48 hours, collaborate with families and community partners, and support safety, permanency and well-being for children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with children and families requested.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Intensive In-Home services using the FCT model with fidelity.
• Conduct family and individual sessions in clients' homes and other settings.
• Maintain documentation within 48 hours and complete timelines for fidelity documents.
• Coordinate with families, schools, courts and community partners to support goals.
• Assess risk and respond to crisis situations with safety planning and deescalation as needed.
