Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Specialist/Social Worker to deliver intensive in-home services in the Concordia, Salina, Hays, and Junction area. You will manage up to five families, complete required documentation, and coordinate with courts, schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or sociology.
• One year of experience with children and families mandatory.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 5 families with regular weekly contacts.
• Complete and maintain fidelity documents and reports.
• Provide in-home Family Centered Treatment (FCT) and crisis interventions.
• Liaise with DCF, schools, courts, and other providers.
• Travel as needed to deliver services in home settings.
