Job summary

Options Counseling and Family Services is seeking a qualified individual to provide hands-on, in-home demonstrations and support to at-risk families in western Oregon. The role includes travel to families’ homes and collaboration with ODHS and community partners to co-create action plans focused on child safety and family well-being.

The position requires a Qualified Mental Health Associate with at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency with Windows and Zoom, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Qualified Mental Health Associate per MHACBO standards.
• At least two years of in-home budgeting, housekeeping, nutrition and household management experience.
• Experience working with disadvantaged families and child safety issues.
• Willingness to learn and use remote video technology (e.g., Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home training and intervention to support family functioning.
• Make frequent contacts with family and support system in various settings.
• Develop and implement service plan components with accountability for behavior.
