Qualifications

  • Direct experience as a parent or primary caregiver navigating child-serving agencies.
  • Must be certified or eligible for certification as a Peer Support Specialist.
  • Ability to use email and document management electronically.

Responsibilities

  • Provides advocacy and mentorship from a first-person perspective.
  • Utilizes effective communication to assist in accessing services.
  • Participates in child and family team meetings.
