Tobosa Family Services is growing and hiring Home Visitors. This role provides culturally sensitive, in-home and community visitation services to families with children 0-5, primarily in Eddy Counties.

Extensive local travel and some evenings/weekends are required, with records kept in electronic systems. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and a preferred degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• College/graduate degree preferred in related fields.
• Experience with 0-5 year olds and diverse families preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain records in paper and electronic systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must pass a mandatory background clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home and community visitation services to families with children aged 0-5.
• Maintain an active caseload and meet visit requirements.
• Document activities in electronic record systems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with community resources and partners.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Represent Tobosa Family Services in the community and at events.

CPR certification within first 90 days

FAN (Facilitating Attuned Interactions) certification within one year
