Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience with children and families.
• Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey for trainings; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to families referred to introduce services and determine eligibility.
• Conduct home visits primarily in the family's residence, minimum one hour each visit.
• Support parenting skills and strengthen parent-child relationships.
• Connect families to healthcare and community resources.
