Job summary

ProBerco is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home, recreational, and habilitative services to individuals with disabilities in Berks County. This hourly role offers a $2,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus and a starting pay of $17.35 per hour, with shift differentials based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled in-home, recreational, and habilitative services as specified.
• Promote independence and growth while following each ISP.
• Ensure services are delivered in a supportive, safe, and respectful manner.
