Qualifications

• DSP certification preferred with enhanced pay rates.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of participants through level-of-care activities.
• Provide personal care including cooking, cleaning and transportation.
• Support community engagement and documentation of care.
• Dispense medications as required and assist in goal development for independence.
