Warren School District seeks a Site-Level Coordinator to support Family Support Partners in delivering in-home, family-centered interventions. You will guide the development of individual plans, coordinate with schools and community partners, and ensure compliant documentation and progress tracking.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, crisis support, and building strong partnerships with families, schools, and program staff in a mobile, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience leading a team or program that serves youth with behavioral/ emotional needs.
• Must pass criminal background, child/adult abuse registries and FBI fingerprinting.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home direct care coaching to Family Support Partners.
• Develop and implement IFFSP with a team of school/community partners.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation in line with program guidelines.
