Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse social, economic, and cultural groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families.
• Collaborate with school personnel and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate access to support services.
• Act as a liaison between the school, families, and external providers.
• Support, advocate, and educate for the needs of children and families.
