Youth Villages is seeking a Family Support Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee to provide family-centered services to youth. You will carry a caseload, conduct visits, and deliver case management services to help youth and families achieve stability.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in a social services field and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree in social services required.
• Experience with Foster Care System and/or DCS preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 cases.

• Provide case management and care coordination.
