Boys Town is seeking a supervisor for In-Home Family Services to oversee consultants delivering care to children and families. You will supervise staff, review service plans, and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards.

You will advocate for families, participate in referrals and reviews, and ensure availability for crisis intervention as needed, maintaining a professional culture and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of public assistance and social services systems.
• Ability to learn and explain complex regulations and policies governing child welfare processes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure staff adhere to safety policies and boundaries with service recipients.
• Attend safety and abuse risk management trainings and provide ongoing supervision and education.
• Respond quickly to reports of suspicious or inappropriate behavior; follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
• Supervise Consultants in developing and monitoring service plans; assess staff performance and develop improvement strategies.
• Maintain records and documentation for service plans, reports, case notes, narratives and outcomes.
• Assist in screening referrals and participate in service planning reviews and staff meetings.
• Ensure direct contact with families per program requirements and be available for crisis intervention 24/7.
• Promote safety through training and professional conduct; may train as a CSP instructor and conduct CSP courses.
