Job summary

You will guide them through available community resources, and provide crisis intervention when needed, all while coordinating service plans and documenting progress.

The role requires flexible hours, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours. A driving license and experience with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years post-secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
