Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
