Boys Town is seeking a dedicated supervisor to guide Community Support Services operations across homes, schools, and communities. You will oversee staff performance, train teams, and ensure adherence to safety policies while fostering collaboration with community partners.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, at least one year of experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, behavioral sciences, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Able to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety and boundaries policies with service recipients and participate in safety risk management trainings.
• Provide ongoing supervision and education related to safety and abuse risk for staff.
• Respond quickly and confidentially to reports of suspicious or inappropriate behavior and follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate daily operations of Community Support Services; hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff; manage budgets and resources.
