You will supervise staff, contribute to program development, and coordinate with community partners while ensuring rigorous documentation, safety, and regulatory standards are met. Strong leadership and crisis response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's in Human Services or related field; Master’s preferred depending on location and contract.
• Experience with children and families is required; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel and manage staff in home-based settings; valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safe and effective provision of in-home services; ensures policy adherence and safety training.
• Supervises Consultants in service plan development, monitoring, and reviews; supports crisis response.
• Provides staff supervision, training, and performance guidance; manages staff scheduling and availability.
• Develops and maintains data collection systems; analyzes data to improve outcomes and efficiencies.
• Ensures documentation, forms, reports, case notes, and demographics are completed accurately and on time.
• Engages community partners, funds, and service providers; advocates for children and families.
