Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant Human Services field is required.
• Professional experience providing relevant treatment services to families is preferred.
• Experience with multi-problem families and crisis intervention is beneficial.
• Must pass criminal background check, CAN check, and pre-employment drug testing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home intervention to families at risk of placement using an evidence-based model.
• Serve children aged 0–17 years.
• Maintain a 40-hour non-structured work week.
• Carry a caseload aligned with the approved EBP SBC model.
• Deliver services primarily in the family’s home or other community settings.
• Assist families with housing, childcare, education, job training, and public assistance.
