Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to deliver structured, time-limited services to families involved with child welfare and related systems, in home and community settings. You will develop measurable family goals, coordinate care with other professionals, document progress, and participate in weekly supervision while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet family needs.

This role includes travel to client homes and driving, with an emphasis on keeping families

Qualifications

• Requires certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation.
• Requires valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Clearances including State Police, FBI, Child Abuse, and Mandated Reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intake, assessment, intervention, and after-care linkage.
• Delivers home- and community-based treatment to the family unit.
• Develops specific, measurable short- and long-term family goals with time frames.
• Evaluates progress and revises goals as needed.
• Leads multi-system meetings to review progress toward identified goals.
• Maintains professional communication with care partners and team members.
• Participates in weekly supervision and team meetings.
• Assists with additional projects as requested by management.
